Our quilted vinyl, seen here with a classic box stitch (1 1/4 inch), is manufactured from our own incredibly versatile Nevada Faux Leather range, FR to domestic upholstery standards. Prior to quilting, our vinyl is bonded to foam and FR scrim for stability and durability, and so represents a more complete product compared with lower quality alternatives.
Use of high-quality foam provides a more pronounced ‘quilt’ effect, and also ensures that the material is suitable for use in upholstery and motor trimmings. Our 2oz wadding version, however, remains available at a lower cost. As this range is manufactured from our Nevada collection, any of our 35 colourways can be used in custom production runs of this material, rather than our standard black.
