Broderie anglaise (French for “English embroidery”) is a whitework needlework technique incorporating features of embroidery, cutwork and needle lace that became associated with England, due to its popularity here in the 19th century. It is perfect for use as a dress fabric, nursery bedding, Christening-wear, soft furnishings and much more. Available in this beautiful 3 hole design (pattern size is 14cms) and an equally gorgeous 5 hole design.

A cotton mix; ideal for all types of dressmaking and crafting projects.
